Soul Train Awards 2009 -- What MS JA?

Soul Train Awards 2009.. Lets see where imma start. Lets first start off with the day, i thought it would be packed out but Atlanta wasnt really buzzin about it. With Performances by Ryan Leslie, Toni Braxton, Trey Songz, Erykah Badu, Robin Thicke, Fantasia, Chrisette Michelle, Raheem DeVaughn, Karyn White, Boyz II Men, Ledisi, Chico Debarge, Angie Stone, Brian McKnight, Ginuwine, Melanie Fiona, and Johnny Gill and Tributes to Chaka Khan and Charlie Wilson i thought itd be a nice show. I got to the Red Carpet and prepared myself to VIDEO AND CAPTURE PHOTOS of the Red carpet only to see a whole bunch of OLD PEOPLE in their late 30s and up.. The main reaction i got when i asked about the awards was "NOT WITH ALL THEM OLD PEOPLE" and damnit i should have listened to em..

But these Old people surely knew how dress... #FAIL! long lost bootsy brother? or is this his number one fan. either way was he at the right event? whether this was a joke or not, he damn sure was proud to be dressed like a walkin disco ball, ill let you be the judges of these next 3 tho.

did i miss the fashion memo about these three? i coulda walked on the red carpet in my halloween costume and look better. maybe thats what it was, a late halloween reunion. my eyes couldnt take the "glitz and glamour" of the red carpet.. and TWO of the THREE.. if you follow me on twitter @msja you know how i feel about them two. lol the jumpsuit in the middle was supposed to be classy? turned nasty as soon as she put it on.

Fantasia looked beautiful, tone, and fit! totally doin well for herself, gangsta tatted on her hand, made me forget about the fact she couldnt read. and i can never remember her name, shes an actor.. but i guess that explains why she was on the red carpet so long soakin up all the publicity she could.. dang WHERE WAS HER PUBLICIST? if i can remember correctly she was gettin her publicity on too.. posing on the red carpet like she was a star. #fail all in all the awards were  better only because the extra spontaneous bits of surprises.. you saw the outfits wait till you tune into the awards sunday to find out all the juicy stuff that happened at the awards. from trey songz kissing toni braxton and more!
